Lino Aviz brings over 25 years of experience in construction. Born and raised in Brazil, he moved to the USA in 2002 for better opportunities. As an entrepreneur, he embraces the challenges of business with a strong work ethic and perseverance. His core values of honesty, integrity, and respect were instilled in him at a young age by his parents.

Since 2010, Lino and his wife, Alessandra Aviz, have acquired, remodeled, built, and sold over 30 residential homes in the Gulf Coast area. His extensive knowledge of renovation and home building allows him to provide superior guidance through all phases of the home building process.

Lino has a natural talent for building strong relationships with industry professionals, which are vital to the success of each project. He believes in earning respect by first demonstrating it to everyone he meets. An excellent listener, Lino consistently works to meet or exceed his clients’ building goals and expectations. His number one priority is client satisfaction, achieved through the efforts of a dedicated and winning team.
